To the Real Estate Agent and Escrow Officer, this means help generating
cash for closing your escrows.
To the Loan Broker, this means help to any of your investors who may not
be getting their payments on time. If there is a trust deed junior to
your client's trust deed, you can give me the name, and address of the
junior Trust Deed holder and I will buy their position and immediately
reinstate your client's Trust Deed. Or I may simply purchase your
client's trust deed outright.
To the Trustee Officer, you can simply look at your Trustee Sale Guarantee
Policy, and give me the name and address of the holders of any Trust Deeds
junior to the one foreclosing. Again, I will buy the junior Trust Deed
holder's position and immediately reinstate your client.
I pay an advertising fee equal to 10% of the discount we negotiate on the
junior liens. If I buy a $20,000 third trust deed for $10,000, resulting
in a $10,000 discount, you receive $1,000.00 in cash. You do no
negotiating. As a matter of fact, no one will ever know you gave me the
referral. You will remain completely anonymous.
