Without any history, it's just too difficult to say.

I do see it's very likely going to have an exit load, and
afaic, funds like this are a bad gamble.

Its emphasis still seems to be blue chip companies. Without
knowing more, I'd put my money into one of many S&P 500 or
total stock market index funds. Then I'd simultaneously
watch SBI Blue Chip for a year or so, and see if it's at all
apparent SBI Blue Chip's managers have unique skills.

Do you know anything about index funds?
