Hi I'm thinking about using the coffee house portfolio(60/40) as my
regular long term portfolio after i max out my retirement funding each
year. as for my sep-ira portfolio i want to be more aggressive with
80/20. how should re-allocate the portfolio? TIA

How old are you? When do you want to retire? Not taking into account
these variables, I would be very aggressive on stocks and bearish on
bonds. We are starting another boom that will last atleast 3 years....

Maybe consider getting some ideas from various free online
allocation tools. A list appears at

I think you should drop the bonds.
I wouldn't buy a fund with a 5.75% load and I wouldn't put too much into
emerging markets.
These funds have been great performers but I'd wait for weakness before
investing too much into them.
Because you're young you can take on more risk. I would make sure I had
plenty of mid caps and small caps.
I also prefer value to growth or core. Keep your percentage of foreign stock
high, as high as 40%, maybe even 50/50.
