Inflation! Inflation!! Inflation!!!

Today's news about productivity decreasing in the last 3 months of 2005 and
labor costs increasing during the same time period seems like a double
whammy to me. I felt one of the biggest reasons we came out of a quasi
recession so quickly was because of higher productivity. And now this news.
While I would like wages to increase, I hope productivity also keeps pace.

The doldrum of a continued state of job growth appears not to have
affected profit taking on what some consider technically overvalued
mid/smallcaps, as an expectant rationale for higher utilization of
existing labor potential appears to be wearing thin. Eminent to
potential is what effect FMOC interests have to transpire, if
accumulative labor is seen disproportionate to realistic expectations
within a sum GDP. While a confederated state of debts in quasi
alliance to an inverted yield curve yet remains another, less
perspicuous issue.
