Looking to buy a SMALL apartment

Looking to buy a SMALL apartment

Hi,
Any idea if anyone is offering small apartments for sale in Florida or
somewhere else down South. In fact the smaller the better, the place is
meant for a couple of stays a year of no longer than 2 weeks at a time.
So studio size place would be fine. Let me know !
Thanks

How about a park model RV trailer? They come fully furnished
and ready to live in. They are limited to 400 square feet, but
with a loft, you can get half again that much space. People
often twin them with an equal sized Florida room and porch
with a small mud room. Units start at $20,000, and go in the
$150,000 range. Since they are classed as an RV, you only pay
for a license plate each year, and you have zero property tax.

You can park them on land you own, or in a park where you rent
the spot. Either way, it is a very inexpensive way to buy a
second home.

There can be problems if you have no land and want to rent your second home
to tenants during periods when you are not using it. In some areas it is
difficult finding a good trailer park that will allow absentee owners.
