Small cap value ETFs of Germany (or continental Europe) and Asia (exc. Japan)

Small cap value ETFs of Germany (or continental Europe) and Asia (exc. Japan)

Does anybody know any ETFs which invest in small cap value stocks of
Germany (or Europe) and Asia/Pacific (excluding Japan)?

I know that there are three ETFs which invest in small cap values in
the UK, and one in small cap values in Japan (see
)
but I haven't seen any ETFs investing in small cap values of
Germany/continental Europe and Asia.

Thanks!

not an ETF, but T Rowe Price International Discovery might meet the
requirement...

According to Morningstar:

T Rowe Price International Discovery is a mid cap growth Fund.

For someone who is looking to maximize the expected return of his
investment over the long-term, I think that investing in small cap
value ETFs outside the U.S and Japan is a very attractive option. The
P/E and the book-to-market equity ratios are more attractive in these
markets than in the U.S. I'm surprised that there are no ETFs investing
in this type of assets...
