IBD Is it worth it?

I was investing pretty well until the tech market crashed. I've worked
myelf up to going back into the waters. I used to use Investors
Business Daily (IBD). But it has been several years and I'm wondering
if this is still a good paper and if O'neil's strategies still apply.
