Buying early in a huge Mexican planned development

>From what I read it is a hugte joint government-developer project
designed for the American upscale purchaser. There is a new airport
with service from LA by our preferred carrier three times a week.

We will be visiting in a nearby community (not currently a Meca for
foriegn travelers), if we like the place that community too could also
change. If we were to purchase it would be in about two years for a
vacation home to pass on to the kids.

What is the price history in these projects? It is smart to put down $
to reserve a place, wait and see what is on the resale market, look at
the community down the road?

The advantage of the PD is zoning.
