Has anyone noticed how much the three resident ³headcases² of MIS have
in common???
All 3(Crazy Bob MBA, dumb mikey(the Perpetual Failure), and robby(the
poster boy for the "Insecurity Syndrome"):
Have felt the over-powering need to publish their autobiographies
hoping that it would cause everyone will love and admire them......
Can¹t stop exaggerating and then get royally pissed when their lies
are pointed out.....
Have the mathematical skills of a pre-schooler(the side of the brain
controlling logic has atrophied).......
Latched onto my name & address and publish them each time they get
frustrated like crying red-faced little children having a hissey-fit......
Issue dramatic goodbyes and then come crawling back when they
realize that MIS is the extent of their contact with the world.......
None will accept the blame for being losers.......It¹s ALWAYS
someone else¹s fault!!!
Revert to hiding behind multiple aliases when they realize what
complete asses they¹ve made of themselves.......

Deep down, I'm really wishing that they're all the same person.....it's
scary to think that there could be 3 of them this sick......

first place. Guess what, disability pensions are "judgement-proof",
you CAN'T seize them. There is a big difference between GETTING
a judgement, and ever COLLECTING the judgement.

Hell, look at OJ Simpson. Ron Goldman's parents can't even
seize his $multi-million NFL pension. The best they can do is
when they had the marshals take his tin Hall of Fame trophy
from him...worth a few bux on e-Bay, but the dude KILLED
their son!

Point is: don't get your hopes up about ever collecting any
MONEY from a lawsuit, the people you are suing wouldn't
behave the way they do if they were "normal" and had any
assets to protect in the first place.

But strangely...I've sued people who basically worked for
minimum wage, and their FRIGGIN' LAWYERS sold them
down the river and had them sending me checks for like
$100 a month for years to pay off a settlement, while they
lived in a cheap rented room and starved to death. So
contrary to the "conventional wisdom", you CAN sue
a poverty-stricken asswipe and actually COLLECT money
from them...but it's tricky (I'll give you a few pointers below,
but you may not be able to use them).

But you've established a "trail", took out one brick from their ISP's
"common carrier" legal position wall.

The "abuse" addresses are there for a reason, and you SHOULD
use them for LEGITIMATE complaints, despite what "The Idiot Visitor"
advises. BY LAW, ISPs can't just "lose" customer records, they HAVE to
respond to subpeonas from the government for criminal investigations or
to private citizens for civil actions, just like other "common carriers"
such as the phone companies.

Although it doesn't seem that way at times, if an ISP becomes aware
that there are serious violations of their "Terms of Service", they WILL
take their own action, which is to cancel the offending account; I've
seen it happen several times. They ARE keeping some kind of track
of the jerks that abuse their service, but they can't have the appearance
of being too much of a "censor", because that damages their legal
status as "common carriers", so they kind of lay low and wait for
the legal papers...

little vague, because the "bad guys" are listening.

First off, you must understand something about lawyers: they're
only in it for THEMSELVES. YOUR WORST ENEMY IN
ANY LEGAL DISPUTE IS YOUR OWN LAWYER.

Lawyers don't practice "law", they practice "accounting". They
figure out how to take as much money as possible from you and
put it in THEIR pockets. But they do have kind of a "code of
ethics" (ha) to avoid disbarrment so they do kind of have to tell
you the truth, so you do have to LISTEN to them. Just remember
though: EVERYTHING THEY SAY WILL BE PUT THROUGH
THE FILTER OF HOW MUCH IT WILL ENRICH THEM,
NOT YOU.

Now I've sued a couple dozen people over the years, and despite
the common wisdom that my cases, while "slam-dunk" on the "merits",
were in many cases financially a "waste of time", I'm actually
$100,000s ahead lifetime on them compared to what I would
have had if I hadn't sued.

One of the biggest tricks is that I UNDERSTAND things about
lawyers, as I've said above. One thing about lawyers that I
understand is that they HATE going to court, because they
can't bill all their other clients if they are in court on one case.

What lawyers WANT to do is sit around doing nothing
all day but occasionally chatting with their friends THE
OPPOSING LAWYERS, and then after several months/years
arrive at a "fair settlement" that they get a big chunk of, or they
just give you a giant bill for "services".

To gain a LARGE and TRULY FAIR settlement, I short-circuit
that whole scene. Without saying exactly how, I turn the asswipe's
lawyer against the asswipe using financial "incentives", and get
a giant settlement that in many cases would have never actually
been granted so large had the case gone to trial.

If unfortunately a case does go to trial (or similar), which generally
occurs if the asswipe doesn't have a lawyer (generally a "default"), then
I've got a financial problem, because I'm probably not going to get
paid. BUT, judgements last for about 21 years in many states,
and if the defendant is not able to completely discharge it using
certain means, you can call the asswipe into court every six
months ("order of examination") for 21 FRIGGIN' YEARS and
make them testify UNDER OATH (perjury is a FELONY) about
every single penny to their name, ALL IN PUBLIC RECORD. You
have the right to seize any assets they have that are not
explicitly barred by law (such as pensions, "homesteaded" homes,
cheap cars, etc.).

But the real trick to making money is to call them in for a while,
then "forget" to do it for a few years, apparently out of "frustration",
but keep track of them "secretly", then "strike while the iron is
hot"...nothing funnier than draining an asswipe's bank account
15 years after he defaulted on a judgement, and yes, you DO
get interest on the original judgement for all those years...

Now as far as a criminal investigation, you're dealing with COPS
there (and "prosecutorial discretion"), so that's a whole different level
of "human being" there, and a whole different strategy is involved, but I've
said enough for now...
