Index fund for DJI

Is there an index tracker that follows the Dow Jones? I must be going
blind but I can't find one anywhere!?!

The Dow Jones Industrial Average is not a capitalization
weighted index, and this complicates creating a mutual fund
using it. Google for more info; that's just a sound bite.

DIA is an exchange traded fund that tracks the DJIA.

I'd be considering something like VTSMX or VTI, both of
which happen to track the DJIA pretty well.
