Multiunit property commercial loans

Are there lenders that will not look at personal credit when looking at
an $8.5M USD building? We are talking 100+ unit apartment buildings.
The buildings I amloooking at make over 10k a month positive cashflow
after financing. Are there banks that don't care about the personal
credit of the person buying the bank?
