House Prices set to rise 7% in 2006

Bad news for all the HPC folks who sold up and are living in bedsits,
still 2007 will be better with only a 3% rise, put another Pot-Noodle on
the hotplate...

Even Crowley (in the other thread) can only manage a link that says:

"Upmarket estate agency Knight Frank says prime central London homes

year"



....to justify (another) imminent crash!

Why? It depends what they invested their equity in. The FTSE has gone up 14% since
this time last year (even with the recent slump):
