I've been in Dorset for a couple of weeks off from doom-mongering.
(seems to be a stagnant house market down there with plenty of price
reductions on view, I expect there'll be quite a few nice cottages down
to sub 150k in a year or two)
Gold is also a good investment for Generation X's

I'm waiting for the real crash so I can pick up a few for 50p each :-)
